Curry College President Kenneth K. Quigley, Jr. is pleased to announce that Congressman Stephen F. Lynch, Author Danielle Ofri, MD, PhD, and James M. Sullivan, Chairman of the Curry College Board of Trustees will receive Honorary Degrees as Curry College celebrates its Commencement ceremony in Milton, Massachusetts on Sunday, May 15, 2005.

Congressman Stephen F. Lynch will serve as Commencement speaker.

Curry College will confer 482 degrees on students from 16 states and 2 countries, including 261 traditional undergraduate students, 202 undergraduates from the Division of Continuing and Graduate Studies, and 19 graduate students. Of the 463 undergraduates, 350 will receive Bachelors of Arts degrees and 113 will receive Bachelors of Science degrees.

Curry College is a 126-year old, private, four-year, liberal arts institution located on 137 acres in Milton, MA.  Curry extends its educational programs to continuing education satellite campuses in Plymouth and Worcester.  Curry offers 16 undergraduate majors as well as graduate degrees in business, education and criminal justice, with a combined enrollment of approximately 3,300 students.  The student body consists of approximately 1,850 traditional students, 1,250 continuing education and 200 graduate students.  Curry College students come from 40 states and 23 countries.  Over 1,200 of its students reside on the Curry campus.  The largest majors are Business Management, Communication, Nursing, Criminal Justice and Education.  The College offers a wide array of extra-curricular activities ranging from 13 NCAA division III athletic teams to an outstanding theatre program.
