Curry College is proud to present Barbara Lebow’s, A Shayna Maidel, directed by John Barrett.  The production will run December 1, 3, and 4 at 7:30 PM and Sunday, December 2 with a matinee at 1:30 PM.  The show will be performed in the Oscar B. and Frances A. Keith Auditorium at the Academic and Performance Center on the Milton Campus, 1071 Blue Hill Avenue, Milton, MA.  Tickets are $10 and are available for purchase at the door. Barbara Lebow’s, A Shayna Maidel  shares the compelling tale of two sisters who are separated at childhood by the Holocaust, both growing up in different countries before they are reunited in post-war New York City. This show is beautifully directed by Curry College Senior Lecturer John Barrett, and will be a show that remains in the memory of the audience long after the night ends.

The small cast and crew include Senior Lecturer John Barrett (Director); junior Gillian Colbourne as Mama; junior Jennifer Fogarty as Rose; senior Rachel Sullivan as Lusia - the Shayna Maidel; sophmore Paige Turcotte as Hanna; and first-year student Nathan White as Duvid.
