Curry College television students Lindsey Brown and Joe Morabito have been accepted into the prestigious New York Media Experience Program in New York City.  This highly selective program accepts only 12 students nationwide; to have two students from one college in the same semester is unprecedented.

The program is run by Marist College and allows the students to intern at their choice of media locations in New York including NBC, MTV, ABC and many others for an entire semester.  Lindsey and Joe will participate in the program during the Fall 2005 semester while taking college online courses through Marist. These students will follow in the footsteps of Doug Heal who over a year ago was Curry’s first New York Media Experience Program participant, completing a highly successful internship at MTV.
