Requests for student academic transcripts must be made in writing with the student’s signature. Telephone or e-mail requests are not accepted. Requests can be mailed to :

-or completed in person at the Office of Enrollment Management and the Registrar.  Except as allowed under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), student academic transcripts will be released only upon the written request of the student.

Please include the following information on the request: Current name and name at the time of attendance (if applicable), student ID# or last 4 digits of Social Security#, dates of attendance and date of graduation (if applicable), signature, and name and address of the intended recipient.  If the transcript is being sent to a college or university, please include the full address, including department and/or specific contact person.

There is a $5 fee for each transcript requested, payable in advance.  We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. Checks should be made payable to Curry College. When faxing a request, please provide your credit card number, expiration date and security code.  All information will be kept confidential.

Please allow a 24-48 hour processing period from the time the transcript request is received.  During peak times, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. Transcripts will be issued only when all financial obligations to the College have been satisfied.
 
Official transcripts bearing the College seal and the Registrar’s signature are issued directly to the designee.

Unofficial transcripts may be requested by students for their personal use. Current students should have access to their unofficial transcripts via the Curry College Web Information System (CWIS).
