The mission of the Curry College Master of Arts in Criminal Justice program is to provide you with the intellectual and pragmatic skills needed to become an effective reflective practitioner. The curriculum develops the critical thinking skills necessary to help criminal justice professionals solve problems presented in contemporary society.
The program is geared toward individuals currently employed in law enforcement, the courts, corrections, and related social service agencies, as well as college graduates eager to pursue or advance a career in the field of criminal justice. The MACJ program will provide you with the necessary skills to be an effective problem solver in an age where, increasingly, criminal justice practitioners in the field will work together to solve problems and control crime.
