Under the supervision of the journalism faculty, “The Currier Times” provides students with hands-on experience in production of an entirely student-written newspaper.
Students gain experience in reporting, editing, proofreading, layout and design, and advertising and business operations.
Students receive academic credit for their work on the college newspaper.

Students pursuing the journalism concentration are strongly encouraged to get involved in Newspaper practicum. Students write, proofread, and publish Curry’s campus newspaper, “The Currier Times” under faculty supervision.
