The Division of Nursing is pleased to announce that Susan LaRocco has earned the designation of Certified Nurse Educator after successfully completing a certification examination developed and administered by the National League for Nursing.
Dr. Linda Tenofsky, Dr. Linda Caldwell, Cathleen Santos and Michelle McMahon attended the Baccalaureate Nursing Conference in San Antonio in December. The conference was focused on Integrating Technology in the Nursing Curriculum. Dr. Caldwell has served on the planning committee for the past two Baccalaureate Conferences sponsored by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing.
Dr. Kudzma and Dr. Caldwell will both be leading Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) teams in the Spring 2009 semester. CCNE will send a team to Curry next October for program evaluation of the new MSN program and reevaluation of Curry’s Baccalaureate nursing programs
