The sophomore nursing students participated in the Milton Hospital disaster drill on December 4, 2008. They posed as victims of a college shooting and had the opportunity to observe the hospital's response to a community disaster. This learning experience offered the students a chance to observe the impact of a local disaster on a community hospital emergency room.
