Few people can claim the Curry pedigree to the extent of Donna-Lee Forster '01, '08. Not only has she earned two degrees from Curry College in the last seven years, but she is also a parent of two Curry College graduates.

This unique perspective has made her one of Curry College's biggest supporters. She and her daughter received their bachelor's degrees together in 2001. "Walking across the stage to receive my diploma along with my daughter was the greatest thing to happen in my life."

"I was waiting for the MBA program to start and when it did, I jumped right in. It was perfect. I had such a good experience in the CE program that it was an easy decision. They reach out to working professionals who want to continue their education." Despite the fact that her employer partners with Northeastern University, Donna-Lee chose Curry College. "It was such a cold and disconnected feeling there. Curry is different, from the administrators to the professors. The cohort setup is great; I don't know how I would have done it without my colleagues."

Curry's hallmark attention to every student also helped.  "Bill Topper's Strategic Planning course really related to my present work and has had a huge impact on what I do.  Michael Bennett is so focused on making sure his students do their very best.  There were times I thought I wouldn't make it because he is so tough, but I thank him for that.  He has had a profound effect on me and my career."

As a Project Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield Massachusetts, Donna-Lee put her MBA to work right away.  Donna-Lee ensures that products and services function properly and feels her education has prepared her well for the current and future challenges.

Donna-Lee remains involved with Curry College to lend her expertise for networking and mentoring programs for MBA graduates and students.
