Kevan Joyce is Regional Director for Serena Software, the world’s largest provider of technology-based Change Governance Solutions.  Serena serves the complex change management needs of 49 of the Fortune 50, and its products are in use at over 15,000 customer sites worldwide.  Customers include Citibank, Morgan Stanley, Bear Stearns, JP Morgan Chase, NYSE, Thomson Financial and many others.  In this capacity, Mr. Joyce is responsible for all aspects of sales, marketing and business development for the Northeast United States and Eastern Canada which represents approximately $50M in annual revenues to Serena. 

Mr. Joyce is considered a trusted advisor to key executive of many of the largest publicly-held corporations and consults regularly with these folks to assist in solving strategic business problems such as meeting regulatory compliance, outsourcing and IT Governance.  Mr. Joyce has over 16 years of experience in building software companies.  Prior to his current position, Mr. Joyce served as Senior Director of US Sales for Macromedia and has held senior-level management positions at Allaire Corporation, SQA Software and Powersoft Corporation.  All three companies were privately-held, venture-backed technology companies that successfully grew to public offerings on the NASDAQ exchange. 

Mr. Joyce is a 1990 graduate of Curry College and makes his home in Pembroke, MA with his wife (Kathleen) and daughters Kaitlyn (7) and Kristen (3).    Mr. Joyce played hockey during his four years at Curry and served as the team’s captain during his senior year.
