Perdios will lead the Colonels for his 11th season in 2009 after his 2008 squad established a school record with 28 wins.

In 10 years, he has compiled a 172-142-4 record that also includes a Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championship. His 2007 squad won both the regular season and tournament titles in the CCC, the latter after sweeping through the conference tourney and defeating Salve Regina, 4-3, in the title game. His CCC peers chose Perdios as 2007 Coach of the Year, the second time in three years that he received the honor.

Perdios subsequently took his team to its first-ever NCAA Division III Tournament appearance, where Curry (seeded #4 in the region) went 0-2 in the first round of the New England Regional at Harwich, Massachusetts. That 0-2 record, however, does not begin to tell the story of the effort put forth by Perdios’ squad, which dropped a pair of extra-inning contests on the same day – 9-4 to #5 Keene State in 10 innings, followed just hours later by a marathon five-hour, 16-inning defeat against top-seeded Wheaton College, 7-6.

In 1980, Perdios graduated from Brandeis University, where he also enjoyed a standout four-year baseball career. He helped guide the Judges to four Greater Boston League Championships, four New England Regional Tournament appearances and one Division III World Series berth.

He received first team All-American honors his junior and senior years, and was named to the All-New England College Baseball team both years as well. Perdios also received the prestigious Brandeis Outstanding Student Athlete Award during graduation ceremonies in 1980, and is now a member of the school’s Athletic Hall of Fame.

After earning his bachelor's degree, Perdios spent the next 15 years coaching baseball at North Quincy High School and the Morrisette Legion team.

Perdios, the Director of Parks and Recreation for the Town of Milton, resides in Milton as well.
