2009 COLONELS

  • In 2009 the Colonels finished their season with a record of 11-9.
  • Curry advanced to The Commonwealth Coast Conference Semi-final game after an upset against Western New England College in the quarterfinals.
  • Curry was selected to play in the ECAC Tournament.
  • Junior Ashley Hansbury (Chelmsford, MA) was named as The Commonwealth Coast Conference "Player of the Year."
  • In 2008 Curry finished with an overall record of 11-6 and was 6-4 in The Commonwealth Coast Conference.
  • The Colonels qualified for the conference tournament as the #5 seed but lost to the #4 seed Gordon College in the quarterfinals.
  • Rookie Ashley Hansbury (Chelmsford, MA) was named as The Commonwealth Coast Conference "Rookie of the Year."
  • In 2007 the Colonels finished their campaign with a 15-6 overall record and 7-2 in the Commonwealth Coast Conference.
  • Curry had the most wins and CCC wins in a season and the highest finish in conference (2nd).
  • The Colonels advanced to the ECAC finals for the second-consecutive year.
  • In 2006, Curry posted a 13-7 overall record, the second best record in the program’s history.
  • The Colonels advanced to the 2006 Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championship for first time after defeating Gordon College in the quarterfinal game and the University of New England in the semi-finals.  Curry also participated in the ECAC Championship game.
  • First-year player Nikki MacKay (Framingham, MA) was named 2006 Commonwealth Coast Conference "Offensive Player of the Year."
