Jeanne has been teaching at PAL since January 1998. Prior to arriving at Curry College, she has taught in a variety of educational settings, including residential, hospital and public school programs for students with learning disabilities and mental health/drug abuse issues. Presently, her position at PAL includes not only working with students to develop metacognitive awareness of their specific learning processes and to provide academic instruction, but also includes emotional support, assessment, referral and individual counseling of students with admitted or suspected alcohol or drug issues.  Jeanne also works with the Educational Diagnostic Center at PAL as an examiner. She is currently the coordinator of Learning Academy, a summer residential program for college-able students with learning disabilities, entering their senior year of high school.
