Dr. Fox has had more than 20 years of experience working with students of all ages in settings ranging from Tewksbury elementary schools, where she started their first Learning Center as a certified Reading and Learning Specialist, to six colleges and universities (University of Connecticut, Northeastern University, Tufts University, Berklee College of Music, Newbury College, and Curry College). She has counseled college students in personal, career, and academic development and chaired freshman orientation and retention research programs. For ten years, she maintained a private counseling practice. She has taught courses in Psychology, Human Development, Personal and Career Development, Communication Theory, and Curry's PAL program. Her award-winning doctoral dissertation represents a major interest in daily stresses, resilience, and coping strategies.
