Karen D’Amato currently teaches poetry writing and English composition at Curry College, Milton, and leads poetry writing workshops in greater Boston elementary and middle schools.  She has also taught middle school language arts and worked as a museum educator at the Henry Wadsworth Longfellow House.  Her poems have been published in numerous anthologies, including Grolier Prize, 1998.  Karen has been teaching English at Curry since September 2001 and is the Curry Arts Journal Faculty Advisor.
