Erica graduated with a B.S. in Business Management from Keene State College and went on to earn her M.A. in Student Affairs Higher Education at the University of Connecticut . Prior to joining Curry College in March of 2004, Erica worked in Student Affairs at S.U.N.Y. Morrisville, Adelphi University , and the University of Connecticut .
