Samantha Valletta '14 (COM-PR/Theatre) wrapped up her studies a semester early (December 2013) and has been hired as Account Coordinator for Bender/Helper Impact in New York City. B/HI is a global marketing communications and public relations firm focused on current and future entertainment content, products, services, and technologies. Congratulations, Sam!
Ana Bottary '13 recently joined the Worcester News Tonight Team on Charter TV3 after previously serving as a general assignment reporter at WAGM-TV in Presque Isle, Maine. Read more about Ana's new position.
Tom Quinlan '13 is now a recognized media member in New England due to the recent launch of his podcast, The Q Spot. It is a soccer specific podcast that covers local and world football, often featuring guests such as US Men's National team legend Alexi Lalas. On Tuesday, March 4, Tom was present for the unveiling of the New England Revolution's jersey and fashion line, which took place at Royale nightclub in Boston. Pictured below (and on the New England Revolution website) is Tom with Andrew Farrell and Diego Fagundez, two professional soccer players for the Revolution.
Steve Nicholson '13 moved to Los Angeles in June where he worked for NBC's The Voice (Season 5). Following that, he worked on the production of a Wal-Mart commercial. Currently, Steve works full time as an Audience Associate for CBS The Talk while also performing stand-up comedy during his free time.
Kendra LeMay '13 is currently in her second semester of graduate school at Springfield College where she is studying Special Education. She is also in the AmeriCorps program, a government funded program through Springfield College, and is working as an Academic Coach at a Springfield elementary school with 5th grade students.
Sarah Crumley '13 is currently living in Dallas, Texas, where she is working for TLC Child Development Schools as a Lead Teacher in the 2 and half year old classroom.
Elizabeth Robinson, RN, BSN, '13 will be heading to Washington D.C. to pursue an opportunity with the New Grad Nurse Residency Program at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital. The MGUH Nurse Residency Program provides Graduate Registered Nurses with mentoring and support that is critical to professional development. She will be working on 6Main, a surgical floor, and hopes to further her education through the continuing education possibilities offered at Georgetown. Liz is excited to head to Washington D.C. in February!
Victoria Berkley, RN, BSN '13 was recently hired at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH. She will be working on the Medical-Surgical floor on a per diem basis and will begin this next step in her career in February. Victoria is also running her first marathon this May, raising funds for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF), a nonprofit dedicated to fighting childhood cancer.
Caitlin O'Neil, RN, BSN '13 recently accepted a nursing position at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH. CMC is a top-rated hospital for cardiovascular care and patient satisfaction. Caitlin will be working on the Medical-Surgical floor of the hospital and is looking forward to her career at CMC.
Justina Janas '13 is currently working at Crocker & Crocker, a public relations and marketing firm in mid-town Sacramento, California.
Deborah Morris '13 accepted a position as assistant teacher at the Wixon Middle School, Dennis, MA. She will be working in the New England Center's innovative inclusion program for children on the spectrum.
Brittany Howe '12 was recently hired as Behavioral Health Coordinator at South Shore Medical Center in Norwell, MA.
James Graziano '12 graduated from the Plymouth Police Academy on February 7, 2014 and will be working for the town of Sherborn, MA.
Kristen Rego '12 accepted a job at Tufts medical Center as a registered nurse on the Cardiomyopathy Unit.
Scott Richards '12 completed training and graduated from the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Training Academy. He has been assigned to the San Ysidro, CA office.
Michael Griffin '12 was recently promoted to Account Executive at March Communications. In his new role, Mike is responsible for leading media and analyst outreach campaigns on behalf of his five clients, composing and editing press releases, pitches, blog posts, contributed articles, and social media. He directly supervises team Account Coordinators and Assistant Account Executives, ensuring all campaign preparation and progress are efficiently tracked in accordance with company and client protocol. This is Mike's third promotion since beginning his career at March Communications in June 2012.
Ross Rubin '12 is currently working as a Direct Support Professional at the Developmental Disabilities Institute in Plainview, NY. Here, he provides day-to-day support to disabled males between the ages of 23 and 57.
Ashley D'Andrea '12 is currently working at Spaulding Rehabilitation in Boston while taking classes and studying to become a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
Tess Timm '11 was recently involved in a project for the Food Network show Restaurant: Impossible. Tess helped with the design and execution of a prominent sign (pictured above right) within the featured restaurant and had the opportunity to meet and work with chef Robert Irvine as well as other team members from Restaurant: Impossible (pictured above, left to right, chef Robert Irvine, Tess Tim, designer Cheryl Torrenueva, and construction manager Tom Bury).
Alicia Kolovson '11 completed her final student teaching experience and is teaching preschool at the Gilson Early Learning Center in Sharon, MA. She also coaches pop warner cheerleading in Foxboro.
Meghan McShane '11 graduated from Boston College with a Masters in School Counseling in May 2013. She is currently working in the Needham Public Schools.
Siobhan Connolly '11 married Joe Lopez on December 28, 2013 in Nashua, NH, officially becoming Siobhan Lopez (photos below). Bridesmaids included (pictured left) Jessi Adamchek '12 and Bridget Shannon '12, and (pictured right) Meghan White '11, Emily Joyal '11, and Jill Young '11. Congratulations, Siobhan!
Anthony DeMarinis '11 recently became a board member of Be The Best Sport, a nonprofit sports program that helps children with developmental disabilities. Additionally, as of November, Anthony has spent two years as the Operations Manager for Charles J. King Inc. Scrap Metal Recycling in Brooklyn, NY.
Zachary Day '10 graduated from the R.I. Municipal Police Training Academy and was sworn in to the Pawtucket Police Department on December 18, 2013. He was ranked 11th in the academy class and was pinned by his father, Fredrick Day.
Courtney Dowdell '10 became engaged to Roudimilove Clerge on April 15, 2013. She earned a Master's of Education in Special Needs from Endicott College in May 2013.
Angela Grimaldi '10 recently became engaged to William Sartell. They plan to marry on August 9, 2014. Angela works at Ultra Diamonds in the Merrimack Premium Outlets. She writes, "I can't thank Curry College enough for the help and guidance they provided me to get started in the real world."
Allison Oddo '10 and Shawn Harrison '09 became engaged in September 2012. The couple met in 2008 while attending Curry College and they are planning an August 2014 wedding.
Jeremy Vendetta '10 and Deirdra Conneely '10 became engaged in May 2013. The couple met in 2006 at Curry College while in the nursing program.
Giancarlo LaGreca '09 recently started a new role as a Project Coordinator at Bridgewater Associates after being with the company for 18 months. Bridgewater Associates is the world's largest hedge fund and is located in Westport, CT.
Will Garten '09 was recently promoted to Assistant Editor by Universal Pictures, where he will now be part of the creative team for their movie trailers division. Will began his career at Universal after completing an internship he was able to secure with the help of a Curry alum. Congratulations on this big step in your career, Will!
Alicia Viscomi Williams '09 was recently spotlighted by Project Eve for her business, Aliste Marketing. Alicia decided to pursue her dream of owning a business in 2008 and has since grown her company exponentially. Project Eve is working to compile the largest archive of entrepreneurial startup stories in the world to motivate women in business to think beyond traditional boundaries, support one another, embrace change and view challenges as opportunities. Jonathan Boschen '08 was awarded the Silver Good Citizenship Medal yesterday by the Massachusetts Society Sons of the American Revolution. The award was for a promotional video Jonathan made for the organization this past year. The video, featuring Garrett Lear, can be viewed here.
Graham Spector '08 is currently working as Social Media Manager for PJA Advertising + Marketing located in Cambridge, Mass.

Yaniv Havusha '08 graduated with a Masters of Higher Education in Student Affairs from Merrimack College in May 2013. He was hired as a resident director right after graduation.
Chantal R. Ragucci '08 graduated from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA in May 2013 with a Master's Degree in Special Education. Chantal writes, "I will continue working in special education with the Danvers public schools."
Allison Sturchio '08 recently became engaged to Kenneth Manning. They live together in Newton, MA and are planning a wedding for 2015. Allison works at MIT as Recruiting & Career Development Coordinator for a graduate engineering program, and Kenneth works for the VA Boston Healthcare as an Exercise Physiologist. Allison received her Masters of Science Degree in College Student Development & Counseling from Northeastern University in May 2013.
Kristen (Doyle) Clifford '07 was promoted to the rank of Sergeant on the Milton Police Department in July 2013.
Maureen Ruane '07 is the head coach for the women's lacrosse team at Elms College in Chicopee, MA. Maureen played lacrosse for Curry College for four years.
Jenifer Wade '07 is engaged to Evan Brooks. They are planning a July 20, 2014 wedding.
Lindsey Brown '06 married Charles McLravy (Vanderbilt '02) on August 3rd in Bristol, RI. Curry alums Katie Barry and Doug Ago, both of '06, served in Lindsey's wedding party. She continues to work as an Account Executive at SLATE PR, one of Hollywood's leading full scale entertainment public relations firms, specializing in celebrity, events, and brands. She resides in New York City.
Joe Morabito '06 was part of the production team for both the 2013 New York City Christmas Tree Lighting at Rockefeller Center (Production Coordinator) and the 2013 Los Angeles Christmas Tree Lighting at The Grove (Production Manager). Shortly after the NYC Tree Lighting commenced, Joe flew back to Los Angeles to attend the 2013 Producer's Guild of America Holiday Party at the Luxe Hotel on Sunset Boulevard. Steve Nicholson '13 also attended the event. After a busy winter of working on holiday specials for NBC and syndicated networks, Joe is returning to NBC for "Last Comic Standing" season 8.
Kristopher M. Kamborian '06 was inducted into the Quincy High School, Football Hall of Fame. Still cheering for him and pictured with him (above) as a Quincy High cheerleader and at the induction ceremony is his girlfriend, Courtney.
Brian Hamlin '05 recently celebrated his 1 year anniversary as the National Accounts Sales Manager at Biodirect, a worldwide biotechnology company headquartered in Taunton, MA. He also speaks regularly at substance abuse rehab centers and schools to help raise awareness about the dangers and effects of substance abuse. His goal is to spread messages of hope and recovery to anyone struggling with addiction.
Lindsey Crowell '05 lives in Parsippany, NJ with her boyfriend and has gone back to school to become a certified medical assistant. She enjoys keeping busy with photography and her first niece. Lindsey writes, "Hope everyone from the class of 2005 is doing well."
Kristen A. Salera '05 celebrated the birth of her son, Adam, born March 4, 2013. Kristen writes, "My boyfriend and I are thrilled!"
Imogen Alter '04 received her Master of Social Work degree in 2007 from New York University and is employed as a social worker at Isabella Geriatric Center in New York City. In May of 2013, she married Davor Frleta, an immunologist.

Kathlene (Heagney) Baird '02 and her husband, Dave '01 welcomed their second child, Ava, on May 5, 2013.
Nicole Bello '02 is a Leasing Assistant for Equity Office Properties located in the Financial District, Boston. Her daughter, Italya, turned ten years old and is in the fifth grade. Nicole writes, "I am looking forward to having everyone support my Curry Cheerleaders!"
Alan C. Borowski '02 became engaged to Katelyn Emily Merz and is planning a May 2014 wedding. He works for the Northampton Police Department and was promoted to lieutenant in June 2013.
Jay Conners III '99 moved to Virginia in August of 2011 after living in and around Boston after graduating from Curry. This past October 2013, he married Nikki (Mitchell) Conners in Springfield, VA and this summer, he and Nikki are expecting their first child. Congratulations!

Andrew Sharpe '95 recently celebrated his 7th year anniversary as a Legal Assistant with Attorney Andrew A. Adelson of Engel and Schultz, LLP. Andrew was also named Employee of the Month by Star Market for the third consecutive month upon effectively strengthening the customer service experience.
Tasha Bracken '92 and her company, SD Events, were voted #3 in the Top Five, Boston A-List contest for "best wedding planner" in the Boston area.
Robert B. Levine '92 launched his own business arranging accessible travel for individuals with special needs as well as the entire travel market.
Daniel Theobald '92 is currently working as an Associate Lecturer in the Science & Math department at Curry College and as a Teacher Naturalist at Moose Hill Wildlife Sanctuary in Sharon, MA.
Timothy Puttre '90 just wrapped up a six month project with HGTV's new show, "Flip it to Win it." Tim worked as a Story AP for the show. The first episode will air on Tuesday, March 4, 2014.
Joe Sullivan '90 was named the lead weekday news anchor for WXXV-TV (NBC & FOX) in Gulfport, MS. He was featured in a recent issue of South Mississippi Magazine. Joe lives in Ocean Springs, MS with his wife and daughter.
Karen Maglio '88 is currently living in Marion, MA and has been working for a Safety Insurance Company since 1992. She is getting married to Jonathan Henry in Westport, MA this September. Congratulations, Karen!

Mark Snyder '76 is now a columnist for the Sandwich Enterprise as well as the Stoughton Journal, where he has had a weekly column since November 1998. Mark is also responsible for The Entertainment Report for WXBR-1410 am, for which he conducts interviews with celebrities from his digital studio.
Sam Savage '75 is currently working as Principal Technical Support Engineer at Zensar Technologies in Westboro, Mass. where he is responsible for backend support of all EMC, NetApp, Sun and StorageTek disk arrays.
Craig Burton '74 celebrated the one year anniversary of receiving a kidney transplant. His wife of 31 years gave Craig one of her kidneys in July, 2012.
Donald Mitchell '71, helped move Nancy (Hungerford) Mitchell '74 into the dorm on her first day as a freshman. They are now celebrating their 40th anniversary, live in Brookfield, CT and have two grown children, Nick and Katie. Don is still carrying Nancy's luggage after all these years!
James A. Johnson '65 is a trial lawyer and recently participated in The Practicing Law Institute's 2013, Trial by Jury Seminar held in New York City. His article, Persuasion In Opening Statement, is published in the course handbook. Jim is an active member of the Massachusetts, Michigan, Texas and Federal Court Bars.
Glenn Schmidt '55 passed away. After receiving his Bachelors of Science from Curry, Glenn remained active in the Curry Community and was instrumental in raising funds for the scoreboard present at the Walter M. Katz Field.
