Residence Halls

Curry College offers a variety of living options ranging from a traditional residence hall of over 150 students to a smaller house for under 20 residents. The North Side of Campus offers 11 different housing options for first and second year students. The South Side of Campus offers six different living options for third and fourth year students. All residence hall rooms come equipped with a bed, desk, desk chair, closet space, a dresser, cable connection, and a Ethernet port for each individual student. 

156 House 156 House is home to 17 students including a Resident Assistant. The common space on the first floor comes with a laundry room and a place to hang out and study.

886 Brush Hill Road

886 Brush Hill Road is a traditional-style residence hall that houses sophomore students in double and single rooms. The building is equipped with central air and heating for each individual student's adjustment. The building is divided into nine pods with a Resident Assistant living within each. Each pod has male and female restrooms, as well as a common area lounge with a TV, internet ports, and kitchen space. The main lobby lounge is the largest lounge in the building, and features a 50" TV, a kitchen with an oven and refrigerator, and plenty of gathering space. The building's laundry room is easily accessible on the first floor across from the elevator. 886 BHR is home to 174 students including seven Resident Assistants.
Brown House Brown House is ideally located in the middle of campus between the Student Center and academic buildings. It houses 19 female students including a Resident Assistant. The first floor has a common area with laundry facilities so that residents can do their laundry in the comfort of the building. The house allows the residents to get to know each other on a one-on-one basis.

Green House

Green House is located in the middle of campus between the Student Center and academic buildings. It houses 10 male students including a Resident Assistant. The house is equipped with a spacious common area and laundry room on the first floor which allows for the residents of the house to have a gathering space to hang out.

Grey House

Grey House has an ideal location in the middle of campus right between the Student Center and the academic buildings. Grey House houses approximately 23 students including an RA, and allows for students to obtain a great smaller community feel. There is a laundry room located on the first floor.
Lombard Hall Lombard Hall is a traditional style, co-ed residence hall housing 125 first-year students and four Resident Assistants. Located on the North Side of campus, Lombard Hall gives students easy access to the academic quad and nine other places of residence on the north side of campus. Floors are divided by gender with a common bathroom in the middle of each hallway. The majority of rooms are doubles, with some designated triples throughout the building. The common spaces as well as laundry facilities are located on the garden level. Lombard Hall is great for building community and really allows students to connect outside the classroom.
Main House Main House is located on the south side of campus and typically houses upper-class students. The building houses 69 residents including three Resident Assistants. The building is all about character and offers a variety of living for both male and female students with options from singles to triples. Washers and dryers are available in the basement and there is a common lounge on the second floor. Main House is attached to the Gertrude Webb Learning Center, which makes an easy commute for students who utlize the services of the Program for Advancement of Learning (PAL).

Mayflower Hall

Mayflower Hall is in the heart of North Campus. It is a traditional corridor style residence hall that consists of four floors housing a little over 120 first-year students and four resident assistants. Gender is broken down by floor. A laundry room is located on the garden level floor and a lounge on the first floor. The building also allows easy access to the academic quad and the other places of residence on the North Side of campus.

Milton Hall

Milton Hall is the sister building to Main House and is also very distinctive. The hallways allow for effortless community building and the one-of-a-kind shape of each room adds to its appeal. The building's lounge is located on the first floor and offers adequate space for activities and socializing. The laundry room is located on the garden level. The majority of the rooms are doubles with some triples. Milton Hall houses upper-class students and there is a resident assistant available on each floor. Milton Hall is home to 45 co-ed students including three Resident Assistant staff members.

North Campus Residence Hall

North Campus Residence Hall (NCRH) is located on the north side of campus and allows for first year and second year students to live together. The first floor offers a large laundry facility, a common room to hang out and watch a little TV, and a spacious kitchen area. The building is divided into eleven pods with a Resident Assistant located on every other pod. NCRH offers quiet study lounges and a large common meeting space on each floor. The building also is equipped with central air conditioning, a pool table, and a ping pong table. North Campus Residence Hall is home to 199 students including seven resident assistants.
North Hall North Hall houses a pproximately 32 residents including a resident assistant. Located on the north side of campus, it allows a commute of less than one minute to the academic quad. On the garden level of the building is a laundry/lounge area. Comprised of singles, doubles, and triples, North Hall offers a variety of living options for the second year student.
Rose Hall Rose Hall is considered to be one of our tightest communities on campus. Rose Hall consists of a mixture of singles, doubles, and triples; this allows for a variety of living options. There are seventeen students that reside in this community including one Resident Assistant. Students enjoy a common lounge area and laundry facilities on the first floor.

Scholars Hall

Scholars Hall is a traditional style residence hall for first-year students located on the north side of campus. Floors are divided by gender with a common bathroom in the middle of each hallway. Lounge space is conveniently located on the first floor an d garden level, the laundry facility is also located on the garden level. Scholars Hall is home to 151 students including five Resident Assistant staff members.
 

South Campus Residence Hall

South Campus Residence Hall (SCRH) is a three-floor, upper-class residence hall located on the south side of campus. SCRH is comprised of double and single rooms in a suite style setting. Each suite is equipped with two single bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a common space. There is a large common space on the first floor and one quiet study lounge per floor for the students to use throughout the building, along with a laundry room on the first floor. The building is home to 170 students including five Resident Assistant staff members.

State House

State House is the only replica of the Massachusetts State House. This traditional residence hall is four levels and houses approximately 84 first-year students including a Resident Assistant on each floor. Floors are divided by gender with a common bathroom in the middle of each hallway. Lounge space is conveniently located past the entryway on the first floor with washers and dryers located on the garden level. State House is situated next to the Curry radio station and the academic quad on the north side of campus.

The Suites

 

The Suites is a three floor, upper-class residence hall located on the south side of campus. The majority of suites consist of three double rooms, a bathroom and a common area shared by the six residents. Located on the first floor is a common space/study lounge for students to utilize. Within the common space is a 50" TV and a fully equipped kitchen. A laundry room is also located on the first floor. The Suites is home to 147 students including five Resident Assistant staff members.

White House

White House located on the south side of campus and has a small and quaint feel. This co-ed upperclassmen house accommodates approximately 16 students including one Resident Assistant. The laundry facility is located on the garden level, with a lounge on the first and garden level floors.
