Dr. Barbara Pinchera received her DNP from Regis College of Weston, MA in 2009; she is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center(ANCC) as a Adult Health Nurse Practitioner. She is a full time faculty member in the Division of Nursing and also an alumna.

Barbara has experience in the areas of Medical Surgical, Orthopedics, Urgent Care, and Occupational Health nursing and maintains private practice in Gerontology.

She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing, the American Academy of Occupational Health Nurses, and the Massachusetts Coalition of Nurse Practitioners. Her primary areas of interest include health promotion, geriatrics and fundamental of nursing education.
