Coleen Toronto

Coleen Toronto joined the nursing faculty in the fall of 2012 as an assistant professor. She was previously an Assistant Director of Clinical Learning Center at Boston College since 2010. While at Boston College she was a lab instructor, and involved in high fidelity simulation. She developed scenarios and objectives to augment the adult clinical experience for undergraduate students. She has been a practicing nurse for over 30 years, in a variety of fields, and has served as clinical adjunct faculty at Massachusetts College of Pharmacology and Curry College. A graduate of Northeastern University with an MSN from Framingham State University, she is currently pursuing her Ph.D in Nursing at UMass Dartmouth University. She lives in Holliston, Massachusetts with her husband Stephen, and two children, Stephanie and Mark.
