Copyright Procedures

Copyright permission may be needed for certain materials used in the courses you are teaching.   For specific information concerning regulations for materials for which you must obtain copyright permission, please read Copyright Policies   on the Curry webpages, provided by the Levin Library staff. For Course Packs Requiring Copyright Permission
The Curry Bookstore (Follett) has forms which faculty may use to place an order for course packs with materials requiring copyright permission. Faculty can order lab manuals, case studies, out of print books, poems, journal articles, etc.  The materials will be sent directly to the Bookstore upon receipt.  Faculty can also call 1 800 218 5971, order online through XanEdu Publishing Services at Xanedu.com, or through the Curry Bookstore WebPage.  Please check the lead time needed as some items could take up to 6 weeks to process.  Please note that the Copy Center at Curry does not prepare course packs for materials requiring copyright permission.
