For our new faculty, once you have received verbal confirmation of your appointment, you will receive a package in the mail approximately 4- 6 weeks prior to the start of classes. It will contain:
-
Appointment Letter
-
Employment Notice

-
W-4
-
Parking Information
-

You must sign the appointment letter, fill out the forms, provide requested 1-9 documentation, and return them to the Office indicated on the bottom of the appointment letter. These signed letters must be received by the required date on the letter or at least two weeks prior to the first payroll, in order for us to process a paycheck.
In subsequent terms, you will receive a new appointment letter for every course you teach, along with the College calendar and Faculty meeting information. These appointment letters must also be signed and returned within the same time period as above.
