American Literature
American Literature is a concentration of the English major
This concentration gives the student a comparative perspective on the important questions and practical considerations that form the subject of literary studies across a broad spectrum of cultures and viewpoints in America. Choose four courses (12 credits) from the following list:

| ENG 3800 | Special Topics in Literature (if topic is appropriate to concentration) |
