Students pursuing a path to teaching in a public school setting can choose from the following majors. These programs prepare students to work with children and their families in public school setting and require completion of the Massachusetts Tests for Educator Licensure (MTEL).

This Dual-Degree Program for future public school educators features the opportunity to earn an appropriate bachelor's degree in Education and a Master of Education degree in five years, plus two teaching credentials.
Education Resource Center
Consult with faculty in the Education Resource Center to develop a lesson plan, research a topic, preview materials for student teaching field practice, and create visual displays and presentations.
