  • The reference staff can answer brief, factual e-mail questions, recommend search strategies and resources, and offer instruction in the use of electronic and print materials.

  • Questions will be retrieved daily, Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30. You will receive a response within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
