Kevin Janet '77 writes, "Hello to my long lost friends and Curry professors! After leaving Curry, I moved back to DC and landed my first post undergraduate job with the Congressional Research Service, Library of Congress. Along the way, I got married, now going on 20 plus years, and have two children. I returned to law school and obtained my J.D. degree from the National Law Center, George Washington University. In July, 2002, I joined the Office of Chief Counsel for the newly formed Transportation Security Administration (TSA) U.S. Dept. of Transportation. With the passage of the Homeland Security Act, TSA officially migrated to the new Department of Homeland Security in March, 2003. As agency counsel for a newly formed government agency (in a newly formed Cabinet-level Department) I don't think it can get any more exciting or challenging for agency counsel. Prior to TSA, I was an attorney advisor for the Drug Enforcement Administration, U.S. Department of Justice. To those mentioned above, I'd love to hear from you! Email me at Kevin.janet@tsa.dot.gov."
