Correction - Mike Sweeney Jr., RN was incorrectly listed under the Class of 2001 in the Winter 2004 edition of Curry Magazine. Mike Sweeney Jr., RN, ’99,’04 writes, “I can not believe it has been over four years since I graduated. I had such a great experience at Curry the first time, and just graduated once more in May 2004 with a second bachelor’s degree in Nursing. I also have a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Bridgewater State College and am applying for doctoral programs in clinical psychology. I currently work as a psychotherapist and live in North Scituate, RI with my partner David. I look forward to hearing from classmates and professors. Email is justmike.1@juno.com.”

Ric Allison ’00 writes, “I just moved back to the Boston area after living in Florida for the past four years. I’m looking to get back into the communications field in the area and would love to catch up with folks around here. I worked at Curry for the summer in Media Services. I also have

Jodi Maria (Crowe) Rosa ’00 writes, “On September 21, 2003 I was happily married to classmate Christopher Rosa ’00. The wedding was held at Jesus Savior Church in Newport, RI. Many classmates attended. We honeymooned in St. Lucia. Last December Chris received word that he had been called for active duty for the Army. Chris is currently deployed in Tikrit, Iraq. He will be serving his country until March 2005. Currently I am living in Middletown, RI working at a local mental health center as a case manager, vocational specialist. I am patiently awaiting my husband’s return.”

Rachel E. H. Ruel ’00 writes, “I am leaving my job at a domestic violence program in October 2005 and returning to Botswana, Africa for eight months. This is my third trip to the country. During the eight months, I will be working at the YWCA teen parenting program and a local HIV/AIDS Program. I will also get to spend time with

my boyfriend who is from there. In September 2005, I am attending Columbia University to obtain a master’s degree in immigration and refugee social work.”

Danielle Vitiello ’00 and Alfred Barzykowski ’01 were married on October 4, 2003. Both are doing well and they just bought their first home Peabody, MA.

Peter Marcaurelle ’01 writes, “In July 2004, I took on a job at Converse Inc. as an Account Management Representative. Before working at Converse, I worked for Nike Inc. in their Direct Retail Division.”

Joseph Leo Wesley ’01 writes, “I am currently living in Japan teaching and recording with my band (thE QuinTs) please feel free to contact me at the quints.com or my personal email address the quints@hotmail.com.”

Carolyn Anglin ’02 writes, “Since graduating, I accepted a position at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. I started working in orthopedics but since December 2003 I transferred to the Pavilion and now I am in the area of medical surgery. I love where I work

and I have a diverse amount of patients. Also upon graduation I purchased a new home in Whitman, MA and I also bought a beautiful new car! Life is good. Future plans include going back to school for a master’s degree in nursing and concentrating on my family.”

Nicole T. Bello ’02 writes, “I wanted to say hello to all the 2002 Alum. Hope all is going as planned. I just bought a house in Hyde Park. My daughter Italya is 14 months old. She is getting so big. Hope to see everyone at Homecoming.”

Brian Felicella ’02 writes, “Just wanted to say hello and thanks for a great education. I have just moved positions from La Mansion Del Rio Hotel to the Westin La Cantera Resort (the home of the Texas Open). I also wanted to say a special thank you to Professor Fulrath for all of her guidance and support during my years at Curry. If it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t have made it this far into my career.”

Sean Lynch ’02 writes, “Just wanted to let you know I’m doing well. I have been in law school now for two years and living in Newport, RI. I am interning right now and am getting ready to take the Bar exam in MA and CT. I have also obtained a series 7 license.”
