Perry Alumni '54 recently gathered at the home of Gloria (Hallett) Coleman in Marston Mills, MA. "All of the laughter brought joy to our hearts and hopefully will keep us healthy and happy for many years to come." Mark Warter '69 and Edith Warter '68 are the proud grandparents of Abby, 4, and Aidan, 20 months. Their youngest daughter Rebecca married Joseph Lacy in Newport on June 11, 2005.

Vicki Claypole-Anderson '70 recently started a chapter of the Red Hat Society in Pawcatuck, CT called the Red Hat Rovers. They have nearly 60 members and are still growing! She writes, "We're not sitting in rocking chairs. We're getting more active and more creative. Younger generations take notice. We take the 'isms' seriously. No 'ageism' tolerated. Growing older is a good thing."
Kenneth D. Cushing '70 retired in April after 35 years with 7-Eleven, Inc. Ken and his wife, Laurie, now live in Hilton Head Island, SC where they play a lot of golf!
Elizabeth (Cisco) Michalec '70 writes, "I am in my 24th year of teaching second grade in Torrington, CT. My husband Jim and I will celebrate our 34th anniversary in February. Our son Jamie, 30, was married in September. I keep busy on the Board of Directors of the CT Education Association and serve as Board liaison on three committees. I am also VP of Altrusa International, a professional women's service club. 'Hi' to all my friends from Curry. It was a great experience." |
Bradford W. Williams '70 is living in West Virginia with his wife Patricia. He works for the US Food and Drug Administration.

Robert Brash '71 writes "I retired in 2000 after 30 years in the construction equipment business. Nina and I lived in Clarendon Hills, IL until 2003 when she retired from teaching. We presently split our time between our homes in the Clearwater, FL area in the winter months and Stowe, VT in the summer and fall. We still have our home in the Chicago area and go back there several times a year."
Marc Harris '71 writes, "After nearly 30 years with HUD, and nearly 3 years with a private affordable housing developer, I am now heading my own affordable housing consulting business from my new home in sunny southwest Florida."
