Academic and Performance Center Opens Doors to Students, New Opportunities
Curry College image

The doors of the Academic and Performance Center opened to students on September 7, 2006 revealing a first-class facility that provides for a wide range of increased academic and student programming opportunities.

President Quigley greeted faculty and staff at the start of the semester in the Oscar B. and Frances A. Keith Auditorium. Tours of the facility and a reception in the Smart Market Cafe, campus food service provider Sodexho's latest retail outlet, followed the President's welcome.

The Academic and Performance Center is a handsome addition to campus, completing and enhancing the historic Academic Quadrangle. Connected to the Levin Library on the northern edge of the Quad, the facility houses a state-of-the-art auditorium, technologically advanced classrooms, faculty office suites, a two-story atrium with food service and informal student gathering space.

  AAPC Naming Opportunities Remain

A new amphitheater style classroom with tiered, fixed seating accommodates up to 42 students.
