WMLN-FM looks and sounds better than ever, following extensive renovations over the summer of 2017. New soundproofing, roofing, furniture, and carpeting now supports the work of Curry's student broadcasters.

The major upgrades came thanks to a gift from Joe Kaminkow '83 and his wife, Benita, to WMLN-FM. The award-winning, student-run radio station has been on the air for more than 40 years. WMLN has served as a real-world training ground for thousands of alumni who have produced, directed, or hosted student shows, many of whom have gone on to successful careers in media. Renovations are almost complete at the WMLN-FM studio, with new soundproofing, roofing, furniture, and carpeting.
