Student-Directed Theatre Performance: Telling Wilde Tales

Curry College Theatre is proud to present the student-directed, Telling Wilde Tales as the Spring 2018 Black Box Theatre performance.

Telling Wilde Tales is an adaptation for the stage of the Fairy Tales of Oscar Wilde by Jules Tasca. It includes The Birthday of the Infanta, a sad tale of the broken hearted hunchback brought to the palace of the Princess of Spain; The Nightingale and the Rose, the bittersweet story of love and self-denial; The Fisherman and his Soul, where the fisherman, after snagging a beautiful mermaid, falls in love and discovers love comes at a huge price; and The Young King, a tale full of hope for man's happiness when a young king discovers human compassion on the day of his coronation.

Telling Wilde Tales will run Saturday, March 24 thru Monday, March 26, at 7:30 p.m. in the Keith Auditorium, Black Box Theatre. Tickets are $10 ($5 with Curry ID) and may be reserved at 617-333-2227 (Select option 2).
