Checkpoint #1 (Main Entrance)

Using your Assigned Move-In time provided by Residence Life & Housing, please arrive on campus and enter through the Main Entrance (set GPS to 1071 Blue Hill Avenue, Milton, MA) which is Checkpoint #1 and be prepared to open your Co-Verified App and show your current status (GREEN means Cleared, RED means Restricted).

  • If your Co-Verified App reflects GREEN, this means you have uploaded both your COVID19 Vaccine Record AND your negative COVID19 PCR test!
    • Vaccinated students would proceed to Checkpoint #3 to verify any outstanding financial or schedule holds before going directly to their Residence Hall.
    • Students with approved Waivers would stop into Checkpoint #2 for a Rapid COVID19 test.

Checkpoint #2 (Front Parking Lot)

If you're Co-Verified App reflects RED, this means you have not yet uploaded your COVID19 Vaccine Record AND/OR your negative COVID19 PCR test.

  • Vaccinated Students would need to upload their Vaccine Record with Health Services staff at this checkpoint.
  • Unvaccinated Students:
    • Unvaccinated students would need to get vaccinated on campus at our pop-up vaccine clinic located at this Checkpoint and would be granted a temporary Waiver to start the semester.
    • If an Unvaccinated student does not choose to be vaccinated, they will be asked to leave campus and their enrollments would be canceled.

COVID19 PCR Test:

  • Vaccinated or Waivered Students who have not yet received their COVID19 test result must provide proof of their COVID19 test being administered before moving on to Checkpoint #3.
  • Vaccinated or Waivered Students who have not yet taken their COVID19 test must get a rapid test completed before proceeding onto the next checkpoint.

Once both the COVID19 Vaccine and Negative PCR test have been uploaded and verified by Health Services staff in the CoVerified App, the student may proceed to Checkpoint #3.

Checkpoint #3 (Tennis Courts Parking Lot on Blue Jay Way)

Once you've cleared the first two checkpoints, you will then proceed Checkpoint #3, where our staff will verify that you have cleared any financial and/or schedule holds on your account.

  • If you are cleared at this Checkpoint, you will receive a HANGTAG with your Residence Hall and Room Number to hang on your car rearview mirror. You would then proceed to your Residence Hall and move in. Your residence hall key will be waiting for you at the Residence Hall.
  • If you are not cleared at this Checkpoint, you will be directed to Checkpoint #4: Student Center, where you will be asked to clear your holds with the Student Financial Services and/or Advising staff.

Checkpoint #4 (Student Center)

At this Checkpoint, you will need to clear your outstanding financial and/or schedule holds in order to move into your Residence Hall.

  • If you are cleared at this Checkpoint, you will receive a HANGTAG with your Residence Hall and Room Number to hang on your car rearview mirror. You would then proceed to your Residence Hall and move in. Your residence hall key will be waiting for you at the Residence Hall.
  • If you are not cleared at this Checkpoint, you will be asked to leave campus until you can clear these holds.
