Checkpoint #1 (Cottage)

Using your assigned move-in time provided by Residence Life & Housing, please arrive on campus and enter through the Main Entrance (set GPS to 1071 Blue Hill Avenue, Milton, MA), drive straight up the hill and follow the signs to Cottage and be prepared to open your Co-Verified App and show your current status (GREEN means Cleared, RED means Restricted).

  • If your Co-Verified App reflects GREEN, this means you have uploaded your negative COVID test and would proceed to Checkpoint #2!
  • If your Co-Verified App reflects RED, this means you have not yet uploaded a COVID test and will need to park in the lot by Cottage and take a COVID test.
  • If it is negative, you would upload it to the Co-Verified App and move on to Checkpoint #2!

If you are having trouble logging into Co-Verified, members of the Tech Center staff will be at this Checkpoint to assist you. You are welcome to park your car in the parking lot by Cottage.

Checkpoint #2 (Tennis Court Parking Lot)

Once you've cleared the first checkpoint, you will then proceed Checkpoint #2, where our staff will verify that you have cleared any financial and/or schedule holds on your account.

  • If you are cleared at this Checkpoint, you will receive a HANGTAG with your residence hall to hang on your car rearview mirror. You would then proceed to your residence hall and move in. Your residence hall key will be waiting for you at the residence hall.
  • If you are not cleared at this Checkpoint, you will be directed to Checkpoint #3: Student Center, where you will be asked to clear your holds with our staff.

Checkpoint #3 (Student Center)

At this Checkpoint, you will need to clear your outstanding holds in order to move into your residence hall.

  • If you are cleared at this Checkpoint, you will receive a HANGTAG with your residence hall and room number to hang on your vehicle's rearview mirror. You would then proceed to your residence hall and move in. Your residence hall key will be waiting for you at the residence hall.
  • If you are not cleared at this Checkpoint, you will be asked to leave campus until you can clear these holds.
