Lorri joined Curry in August of 2011. As a Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Curry, Lorri is currently a certified Title IX Coordinator and Investigator.
She brings to Curry over fifteen years of experience in employment administration and human resources management. Prior to joining Curry, Lorri worked in a small public higher education institution to implement a start-up human resources department, and led the HR and Payroll team as the senior HR officer. There, as a member of the executive leadership council, she was responsible for policy development, strategic planning, employment and benefits administration, labor and employee relations, and held the role of Title IX Coordinator. Her previous work in the non-profit human services and for-profit private corporate setting included strategic workforce and program development, external relations and client services, recruitment and employment administration, and the facilitation of training and awareness programs.
