Acting Director of the Center for Career Development Carolyn Tidwell was a recent panelist on WGBH's Basic Black, the longest-running program on public television focusing on the interests of people of color.

The episode, titled "Job Market for College Students of Color," aired on April 26. The show discussed preparing college students and soon-to-be college graduates for the job market. Emphasis was placed on the importance of internships in developing professional skills and gaining valuable experience.
