Through the Curry Commitment, Curry College is backing its promise of career success with a job guarantee program that helps students gain the skills, experience, and support needed to succeed after graduation.
As we look forward to the inaugural Curry Commitment Class of 2027, the College is building on already strong career outcomes for its graduates.
New data from the Curry College Class of 2025 shows that among 389 graduates with known post-graduation outcomes, 302 were working within six months of graduation, with over 225 different employers. Another 59 graduates continued their education at 30 different institutions, including 42% who chose Curry for their next degree.
These results are now featured on the Curry College Center for Career and Experiential Learning (CXL) site, which provides viewers an interactive look at where recent graduates are working or continuing their education. These findings come from Curry’s Graduating Student Survey, also known as the First-Destination Survey (FDS). Outcomes are collected through six months after graduation in alignment with National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) standards.
The data also underscores the value of gaining real-world experience before graduation—a priority instilled through the College’s career-readiness programming. Seventy-three percent of the Class of 2025 completed an internship, clinical, or practicum for academic credit. Among graduates who completed an experiential learning opportunity, 78% reported being employed or enrolled in graduate school within six months, compared with 66% of those who did not.
“The outcomes reinforce that career preparation should be intentional and begin well before senior year,” said Tamara Menghi, Executive Director of CXL. “Internships, practicums, and clinical experiences give students an opportunity to apply what they are learning, build professional skills and confidence, develop connections, and more.”
CXL is continuing to expand those opportunities and make career preparation a larger part of the student experience from the first year through graduation. In 2025-26, Curry students participated in internships, clinicals, and practicums across 170 different sites and employer partners, while CXL engaged 767 unique students—an 83% increase over the prior year.
That work also includes the Curry Commitment, a program that provides participating students with a four-year roadmap for career readiness through advising, skill development, experiential learning, employer engagement, and more. The program has grown to 375 students, including 51% of the first-year class.
“Our goal is for students to leave Curry not only with a degree, but with experience, career-ready skills, professional connections, and the confidence to take their next step,” said Menghi.
