Dr. Sandra George O'Neil, Chair of the Department of Criminal Justice and Sociology, recently presented a session at the Department of Higher Education's 7th Annual AMCOA Conference. In her remarks, "Conducting Meaningful and Effective Program Assessment," Dr. O'Neil discussed how to craft course-level learning goals that reflect wider programmatic and institutional goals.
