More than 70 Nursing students participated in an on campus intergenerational learning experience this week with residents from neighboring senior communities. Students and faculty hosted residents of the Simon C. Fireman Community and Winter Valley for a brown bag lunch and medication review.

The events were organized by Nursing faculty Dr. Barbara Pinchera, Dr. Maureen O'Shea and Margaret "Meg" Sullivan for students in the Nursing Care of Older Adults course that explores aging concepts and their impact on nursing care of the older adult and their families.
