A group of Curry students recently volunteered at Team IMPACT's annual Game Day Gala in Boston, which raised $2.3 million to benefit children facing serious and chronic illnesses. ESPN's Wendi Nix hosted the event, featuring inspiring stories from children, parents, and athletes in the Team IMPACT community. Pop star Rachel Platten also performed her hit single "Fight Song," in honor of the young fighters the national non-profit serves.
