Curry College is pleased to announce the appointments of six new members to the Board of Trustees. They bring a breadth of experience in healthcare, business, finance, human services, technology, and higher education. Their leadership will help support Curry’s mission and forward momentum as the College continues to execute on initiatives of a three-year strategic plan.

The new trustees are Tom Aicardi, Executive Vice President at Triumvirate Environmental; Rob Dimase, former partner at Sentinel Group, Consultant and Board-level Advisor; Annissa Essaibi George, founder of Stitch House and former Boston City Councilor At-Large; Jeanne Kelly, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, Director of Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology Services at Newton-Wellesley Hospital; Jean Yang, President and CEO of Vinfen; and Jim Young, Chief Financial & Administrative Officer of Zelis.

The appointments were effective on October 2, 2026.

Tom Aicardi

Tom Aicardi is Executive Vice President at Triumvirate Environmental. He has been with Triumvirate for over 36 years.

In this role, Tom oversees Triumvirate Environmental business development opportunities. He is dedicated to mastering the federal and state hazardous waste regulations, practicing superior customer care, and motivating personnel at a firm recognized as the industry leader in personalized service for more than a decade. He forges many of their client relationships and develops long-term partnerships that fulfill their clients' needs. He ensures that Triumvirate Environmental maintains its position as the leading environmental services provider in the northeast.

Tom earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Curry College and an honorary degree in business administration from Curry in 2025.

Rob DiMase

Rob Dimase is a middle-market executive and board-level advisor with more than 30 years of experience in enterprise growth, financial discipline, employee benefits and insurance strategy, fiduciary considerations, and organizational scale. Long-tenured Sentinel Group leader who helped build the enterprise from a seven-person firm into a 260+ employee organization operating across four locations and serving clients in more than 45 states. Rob brings a director's perspective grounded in growth strategy, acquisition evaluation and integration, financial and operating oversight, workforce benefits, risk awareness, and stakeholder alignment. Particularly effective in governance discussions involving financial performance, enterprise development, insurance and benefits risk, fiduciary considerations, client and employee strategy, and the operating realities of scaling a professional-services business.

Annissa Essaibi George

Annissa Essaibi George is a seasoned civic leader, nonprofit executive, and small business owner with a track record of driving community impact, organizational growth, and public policy innovation. Founder of Stitch House, a successful Boston-based retail and community space, former Boston City Councilor At-Large, and former CEO & President of Big Sister Association of Greater Boston, where she led a successful organizational merger, expanded fundraising, and strengthened mission-driven programming.

As a Boston City Councilor At-Large (2016–2021), Annissa served as Chair of the Committee on Education and a leading voice on public health, mental health, homelessness, and education. Founded the City Council’s Committee on Homelessness, Mental Health and Recovery, advanced critical initiatives to address the opioid crisis, and secured expanded access to mental health services and support staff in Boston Public Schools.

Annissa was a mayoral finalist in 2021, running a community-driven campaign that advanced policy solutions across housing, public safety, education, workforce development, and climate. Prior to joining the Council, Annissa was a Boston Public Schools teacher and coach for 13 years.

Community service is central to Annissa's values. She is an active board leader and civic volunteer, currently serving on the boards of DotHouse Health (longest-serving member), the Greg Hill Foundation, the Massachusetts Women’s Political Caucus, Fuller Craft Museum and the UMass Boston Alumni Board. Former board roles include Winter Walk and Scholar Athletes. She is deeply engaged in community traditions through longstanding involvement with the Dorchester Day Parade Committee, recognized for leadership, equity-focused advocacy, and a deep commitment to Boston’s neighborhoods and families.

Jeanne Kelly

Jeanne Kelly, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, is a nurse leader with more than 35 years of experience in healthcare and a career grounded in patient care, nursing leadership, and the development of strong clinical teams. She currently serves as Director of Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology Services at Newton-Wellesley Hospital, where she leads a diverse procedural service and is helping develop the hospital’s cardiac catheterization program.

Over the course of her career, Jeanne has held progressive nursing leadership roles, including serving as Chief Nursing Officer at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center. Her experience spans critical care, cardiovascular services, hospital operations, quality improvement, workforce development, and organizational change. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to supporting nurses, developing future leaders, and creating environments where clinicians can grow and provide exceptional patient care.

Education and mentorship have also been important throughout Jeanne’s career. Having earned her BSN, MSN, and Doctor of Nursing Practice while balancing the demands of a nursing career and family, she has a particular appreciation for the many different paths students take to achieve their educational and professional goals. She previously served on the Board of Directors of Labouré College of Healthcare, making her service on the Curry College Board of Trustees especially meaningful as Labouré’s nursing education becomes part of the Curry College community.

Jeanne is honored to join the Curry College Board of Trustees and looks forward to bringing her healthcare leadership experience, commitment to education, and passion for developing future healthcare professionals to the College community.

Jean Yang

Jean Yang is President and CEO of Vinfen, a nonprofit health and human services organization dedicated to transforming the lives of people with mental health conditions, intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injuries, and other life challenges.

Jean brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare, spanning the payer, provider, and government sectors. Prior to joining Vinfen, she served as President of Public Plans at Point32Health, where she led the company’s business serving Medicaid members and other low-income populations. She previously served as Executive Director of the Boston Children’s Hospital Integrated Care Organization (CHICO), leading the development of the hospital’s first Medicaid Accountable Care Organization.

Jean has also held significant public-sector leadership roles in Massachusetts. She led the Commonwealth’s complex implementation of the Affordable Care Act and helped shape healthcare policy through her service on the Massachusetts Health Policy Commission and Group Insurance Commission.

A native of China, Jean is a graduate of Peking University in Beijing and Harvard Business School. She was a 2017 recipient of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Pinnacle Award, which recognizes outstanding women leaders in the region.

Jim Young

Jim Young is a financial executive with more than 20 years of experience leading high-growth private and public companies at the intersection of technology and payments. As CF&AO at Zelis, Jim leads accounting, FP&A, facilities, investor relations, information security, procurement, and treasury.

Prior to Zelis, Jim was Chief Financial Officer at Coalition, Inc., where he led the company’s global finance, people, and actuary operations. Earlier, as CFO of Broadridge Financial Solutions (NYSE: BR), he helped the company grow market capitalization by fourfold, earning it inclusion in the S&P 500. Jim also held senior leadership roles at Visa Inc. (NYSE: V), where he played a key role in their nearly $20 billion IPO in 2008, one of the largest public offerings for a U.S. company at the time. He began his career in investment banking and corporate development.

Jim holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Strategy from The Anderson School at UCLA, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Dartmouth College.

He is a co-founder and board member of SCORE, a nonprofit supporting people with spinal cord injuries.  In addition, Jim is a Board member at The Greenwich Scholarship Association (GSA), a non-profit organization that awards scholarships annually to help students attend college.
