Dr. Gagan ‘Mia’ Khera Presents at Asian American Psychological Association Conference

Dr. Gagan "Mia" Khera recently attended the Asian American Psychological Association (AAPA) annual conference in Las Vegas, co-presenting "Between a Rock and a Hard Place: Carving out Asian American Pacific Islander Positionality in the Race Dialogue." The theme of the conference was "Rise in Solidarity: Comradery Through our Interdisciplinary Efforts, a Call to Action."   

As the newly elected chair of the AAPA's Division on South Asian Americans, Dr. Khera also hosted a division event and panel discussion.
