On December 8, five Curry M.Ed. students presented analyses of their students' growth and learning during their practicums. Commonly referred to as "student teaching," the practicum is the final fieldwork experience for graduate students pursuing an Elementary Education or Moderate Disabilities license. The practicum requires teacher candidates to spend a minimum of 300 hours over 15 weeks in a classroom setting.

Presenters included Nicole Griffin '18 (practicum completed in Brookline); Jillian Macomber, Class of 2019 (practicum completed in Milton); Katie Wallace, Class of 2019 (practicum completed in Brockton); Julie Crowley '18 (practicum completed in Braintree); and Hannah MacLeod '18 (practicum completed in Marshfield).
