Curry College will hold its second annual Day of Giving on Wednesday, April 6. The initiative raises donations to support The Curry Fund, which aids institutional priorities such as student financial needs, faculty initiatives, and extracurricular activities. Last year’s inaugural “Curry Counts” Day of Giving raised over $140,000.

“We’re excited for our Curry community to come together on April 6 for our second annual Curry Counts Day of Giving,” says Sally Murray, Vice President of Institutional Advancement and Alumni/Family Engagement. “We hope many will share how the College has impacted them and by supporting The Curry Fund, they too will have an impact on Curry. The Curry Fund aids the cornerstones of campus like academics, athletics, PAL, and student organizations. We’re grateful to all for giving to the College and helping us further serve our current and future students by participating in our second Day of Giving.”

  • Meet one of our many challenges.
  • Join us at Westhaver Park from Noon-2:00 p.m. for live music broadcasted by WMLN, lunch from Latin Soul Cuisine food truck Butter "UR" Biscuit, and the chance to get a (temporary) purple streak in your hair to show your Curry pride.
  • Wear your Curry gear or anything purple and follow Curry’s social media channels throughout the first week of April to see how Curry Counts to others and share why Curry Counts to you.
  • Rally your peers to give to Curry by offering a matching gift or custom challenge.
