PLEASE NOTE: Online registration for Homecoming and Family Weekend events is now closed.  To register for events in person, please visit the Welcome Tent at the Student Center's Westhaver Park beginning at 9:00 a.m. Saturday morning.

Friday, October 15

Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony

The Hall of Fame event will kick off Homecoming and Family Weekend Friday. The following four teams will be inducted into the Hall of Fame at this event.

  • Men's Football, 2007-2008
  • Men's Hockey, 2003-2004
  • Women's Basketball, 1989-1990
  • Women's Soccer 1987 -1988

Inductee plus one guest and all HOF members are invited to attend. Additional guests are $70/pp.
Note: This event is 21+ only.

Curry is proud to house a state of the art experiential nursing simulation center, a unique asset that provides our students with hands-on healthcare training. During this session, nursing faculty will lead you through the assessment skills using our new CAE Juno manikins and the START triage method of rapid assessment often faced by nurses in the field. RSVP required due to limited capacity.

Forensic Mysteries with Professor Jim Jabbour

Every crime is shrouded in mystery. Unpack the forensic mysteries behind every crime scene with Professor James Jabbour, expert CSI and forensic analyst. Attend this session at the Forensic Science Lab and Training Center to learn how those mysteries can be solved and experience one of our most popular majors.

Your student has likely experienced a range of emotions as they make the transition from high school to our community at Curry. This session will review the communications, resources, and opportunities for all student to utilize as they build a foundation for success during their first semester and first year in College. This family-focused programming will provide you with the tools to help your student as they continue on their path to success at the College. There will also be time in the session dedicated to answering any questions about your student’s experience.

After 50 years apart, let’s reconnect and rekindle with the Class of '71.
