Students with complex and/or chronic medical conditions should submit a Medical Emergency Plan from their treating provider if they have one. These plans provide information about the condition and outline the necessary actions that need to be taken if an emergency occurs.
Conditions which may have these plans may include but are not limited to, seizure disorders, severe asthma, severe food allergies, diabetes, sickle cell disease, autoimmune condition or cardiac issues.
Medical Emergency Plans can be uploaded in your PyraMED health portal under the 'Medical Emergency Plan' tab under 'Document Upload.' Plans can also be emailed to healthservices@curry.edu.
