The Curry College Neurodiversity Center for Excellence is proud to offer Employment Coaching, helping Young Adults with Disabilities build marketable skills, gain confidence, and launch successful careers.

Our experienced coaches are dedicated to helping neurodivergent young adults thrive in the workplace. Through individualized coaching and hands-on learning, participants build the skills, confidence, and connections needed to achieve their career goals.

Who This Program Is For

This program is designed for young adults who:

  • Are unemployed or underemployed
  • Have a diagnosable disability
  • Are between the ages of 18 and 35
  • Are not currently enrolled in high school

Experienced Coaches

Receive one-on-one support from dedicated professionals, along with opportunities for group networking.

12-Week Program

A structured and supportive program designed to create lasting impact.

$1,200 Participant Stipend

Participants receive a stipend paid in installments based on participation and progress.
