Janet Ambrogne Professor
Nursing
Janet (Jana) Ambrogne joins the Nursing Department as an Associate Professor. Prior to coming to Curry, she taught at UMass Dartmouth where she developed the curriculum for the Psychiatric & Mental Health Doctor of Nursing Practice program. She also developed and taught in the Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. She received her PhD at the Medical College of Georgia, her Masters in Psychiatric Nursing at the University of Virginia and her Nurse Practitioner Certification at Stony Brook University. Her areas of interest include addictions, eating disorders and trauma.
