Dr. Ed Cabellon has worked in Higher Education for over 20 years as an executive, senior administrator, and adjunct professor primarily in Massachusetts private and state institutions. He has built and lead teams responsible for the successful recruitment, retention, and graduation of diverse college students at two- and four-year institutions through strategic planning, organizational development, and data-informed decision making.
As Curry’s Vice President of Enrollment Management, Dr. Cabellon serves on the College’s Executive and Senior Teams and is charged with leading the College’s enrollment management strategies, inclusive of all recruitment, retention, and student success efforts by crafting and implementing tactics that meet institutional priorities as defined by the mission of the College, the Strategic Plan, and institutional goals. Currently, the Admissions, Financial Aid, and Institutional Research departments make up the College’s Enrollment Management division.
Prior to joining Curry in June of 2020, Dr. Cabellon served as Vice President for Student Services and Enrollment Management at Bristol Community College and Director of Administration in Student Affairs and Enrollment Management at Bridgewater State University. Dr. Cabellon has also worked administratively at Tufts University, Central Connecticut State University, and the University of New Hampshire and has taught both undergraduate and graduate courses at Bridgewater State University and online at Caldwell University
