Academic ExcellencePrior to Curry, Matt Connors was a Reserve Police Officer for a local municipality. Matt has a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Cambridge College and has been a Mental Health Counselor/Therapist for over sixteen years. Matt has an extensive background in Emergency Management, Crisis Management, Crisis Intervention, CISM and was part of the Plymouth Country Critical Incident Stress Management Team. Matt holds a certificate in Group Crisis Intervention from the Massachusetts Fire Fighting Academy. Matt has also been an EMT for twenty years. Matt is also involved with the United States Coast Guard Aux. Matt served as the Station Ombudsman at Station Point Allerton in Hull MA. Matt currently serves as a Telecommunications operator.
Matt enjoys traveling by Amtrak for the adventure of train travel and his favorite vacation spot is Disney World. Matts’ favorite place on campus is the Student Center. He enjoys interacting with the Curry Community.
