Steven Goggin Strategic Operations Manager & Assistant Men's Basketball Coach
Neurodiversity Center

Steve Goggin serves as the Strategic Operations Manager for the Neurodiversity Center for Excellence at Curry College. In this role, he leads strategic initiatives that support program development, business operations, student recruitment, admissions, and cross-campus collaboration for the Center's supportive programs, including PAL, SAIL, Catalyst, and Compass.

Prior to joining the Neurodiversity Center for Excellence, Goggin served as the Administrative Director of Elliott Physical Therapy, where he oversaw multi-site healthcare operations with a focus on strategic growth, operational excellence, and patient-centered care. He led initiatives in practice management, revenue cycle operations, staff leadership, and business development, building a strong foundation in organizational leadership that he now brings to higher education.

In addition to his work with the Neurodiversity Center, Goggin supports Curry College's Center for Innovation, helping develop workforce and professional education initiatives and build strategic partnerships. He also serves as an Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at Curry College, where he has been a member of the coaching staff since 2021. His passion for mentorship and student development extends across every aspect of his professional work.

Goggin earned a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. As a student-athlete, he helped lead the UMass Lowell Club Basketball team to its only National Championship in 2019.
